Hubs is not a beach person. The sand in his feet bothers him while I love every bit of the beach.
So it was after a lot of patient waiting that I finally convinced the man that we needed to go to Goa. And I think I might have been successful in converting him to a beach lover. When I asked him if we could do this at least once a year, he said, “let’s do it twice!”
Mission accomplished.
Thanks to suggestions from some friends we found a super reasonable place to stay on Agonda Beach. Quiet, relatively empty and super peaceful. We basically just sat out on the beach all day reading, sleeping, staring at the constant ebb and flow of the ocean. Exactly what our flu-ridden, and tired-of-breathing-Bombay’s-polluted-air lungs and souls needed.

Catching up on some wedding blogging, albeit a little backwards. This was a special one. Robert has known Cyrus for a almost 8 years now, once colleagues at the same office, now they just have a strange type of friendship where they always make fun of each other. It’s fun to watch. Thankfully into the fold have come Eliza and I who I like to think bring a sort of balance to this strange friendship.
Jokes apart though, Rob and I are thrilled to be a part of these very talented folks’ lives. I’ve had the pleasure of shooting a couple of projects for their office and we cheer them on from the rafters as they start their lives not just as business partners but as a team on the home-front too.
To many more years of friendship.
