My friend Jo dances with an Odissi group called Kaishiki in Mumbai. I had the wonderful opportunity last month to watch her perform along with her fellow dancers and also some of her own students. The programme was at the Amphitheatre at Bhavan’s College and it was just a perfect setting for a beautiful night! Here are a few shots from backstage.
